Frank G. Williford, President of Williford & Associates, LLC

Frank began his healthcare career in 1975 as a health planner with what is now known as the State Health Planning and Development Agency.  He supervised the development of the first Alabama State Health Plan and was the first Director of the Office of Rural Health.  Under Governor Guy Hunt, Frank served on the Statewide Health Coordinating Council for six years.  His career path then moved to organizations dedicated to health policy regulations and governmental relations.  Frank has diverse experience with governmental agencies, legislative bodies and communities/providers and he often serves as an expert witness in health related administrative hearings.

 

 

Stephanie Craft

Stephanie began her career in healthcare as the Director of Marketing with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center of Montgomery in 1992.  In 1997, Stephanie joined Williford & Associates, LLC as the manager.  She assists clients in developing successful governmental relations programs and monitors and advises on legislative and regulatory affairs.  Stephanie also develops and prepares CON applications and works on various other projects as needed by clients.  Under Governor Bob Riley, Stephanie served on the Statewide Health Coordinating Council for four years.


Julia Edwards

Julia serves as support staff and information technology. She has extensive knowledge of computer applications.
